We can use the existing cable running from the garage to each unit. All equipment would be placed next to the cable boxes in the garage. The overall Monthly Discounted Cost for this situation could be between $18 and $22 per unit.
If we are not able to use the existing cable lines, we could run new cable from the garage to each unit. This would also increase the value of the property and could be written off as a Capital Investment. The overall Monthly Discounted Cost for this situation could be between $25 and $30 per unit for the initial Term of the contract and $18 to $22 per unit afterwards.
